What you need
1 tblspn soy sauce
1 tblspn fish sauce
1 tblspn olive oil
1.5 limes (juice of)
1 tspn sugar
1 thai chili
1 clove garlic
1/4 (or less) green papaya (shredded)
(everything else optional; e.g.:
12 Green beans (blanched)
Little chopped cilantro
Small handful of peanuts (chopped)
How to do it
Get someone else to shred the papaya.
Crush chili and garlic w/ mortar and pestle. Mix with rest of dressing ingredients.
Chop whatever vegetables you are using into medium pieces, mix with papaya. If you use green beans, start the water boiling while you are chopping other stuff, throw green beans in for 1 minute when it's boiling, then drain and rinse with cool water.
Put dressing over papaya to taste (prob. won't use all of it for one person).
Shredded cucumber can allegedly be used instead of papaya.
