Korean Cucumber Salad

What you need

Cucumber (1 largish)
Sesame oil (1 tspn)
Vinegar (used rice) (2 tspns)
Cayenne pepper (1 tspn)
Salt (1/2 tspn)
Sugar (1/2) tspn

How to do it

Skin cucumber (take off just some of skin in stripes to make it look cool). Slice thin (2nd thinnest on mandoline). Mix everything else in bowl. Toss with cucumbers (comes out pretty spicy).
